Das aktuelle Update unserer Gemeinschaftsgeschichte von Helen.
––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

Suddenly Helen swooped down from the balcony that the ABRSS and BBCC crew were standing, her lightsaber out and ignited before her feet had lightly touched the floor as if the force guided her.

‘Nobody is going to touch Matt Bellamy,’ she said determinedly, her eyes squinted as in warning for the men in uniforms now standing pulling out guns from their belts. Stef now positioned at Helen’s side in ready to attack position, two hands clasped around her sword and Helen’s lightsaber high above her head, pointing towards the evil men. Sounds of a ninja dancing through the air came toppling down and Jill landed with grace, whip cracking in hand as she stood on the other side of Helen in attack position, the lady scorpion scuttling off her shoulder without being noticed. Megan staying back holding onto a frustrated and struggling Matt and Dom watching on, hesitating to what to do and Chris staying back also, realizing what he might have done. ‘Bollocks,’ he thought.

There was one man who had not risen from the round table. He looked the oldest and the most authority-like. He stared with cold hard eyes at the three ladies standing, waiting for the men to attack first.

‘And you are?’ he said coolly, directing the question at the women.

‘The ABRSS and nobody is going to touch Matt Bellamy,’ Stef replied with every ounce of cool anger she could muster in her voice.

‘Yes so you’ve said.’ The man rose steadily from his chair. ‘But you see that man is a danger.’

‘A danger? A danger to what? To Radiohead?’ snorted Jill.

‘He is a danger to the world.’

‘Oh really?’

All heads turned to the figure creeping out from the shadows behind the three ladies, sharp light falling onto Jamieson’s face. Megan now struggling to hold onto Matt only just standing away from the light.

‘Mr. Bellamy, so glad you could join us after your…little escape.’

‘The pleasure is all mine,’ returned Jamie, his infamous smirk playing proudly on his lips.

‘No more fooling around, Mr. Bellamy. You have stolen American government documents and that is a serious crime. Where are they?’

‘So it’s true, the American government is secretly taking over the world.’

‘I know what you’re talking about.’

‘Brainwashing via television.’ Jamieson boomed with laughter. ‘How original.’

‘The people have to be controlled somehow. We can’t have them swarming around thinking completely free,’ the old man spat.

‘It’s against human rights!’ Jamie’s voice raised several decibels and it was the man in charge’s turn to boom with laughter, leaning his head back, and his mouth wide open as the laughter echoed around the room. Helen and Stef’s grip on their swords tightened.

‘There is no such thing as human rights. Freedom of speech? Half the world is already under our control. The western world is already ours and most of Asia. Now we will take the rest and we will not have anyone stand in our way. Get them!’

There was the sound of a gunshot and the swoop of the lightsaber and the officer that had pulled the trigger fell to the floor. After that all hell broke lose. All the officers standing pulling out their guns and Stef screaming and charging towards them, one finger on one little button, ready to burn them to ashes.

‘Barbeque time!’

There was the sound of Jill’s whip cracking and three men stalking towards her stopping, hesitating whether it was worth the risk.

‘One at a time gentlemen.’ Jill’s hand not holding the whip, poised on her waist, a smirk devilishly smeared on her face. Meanwhile, Helen somersaulted through the air, deflecting gun shot after gun shot.

‘Take that bird brain…Good shot, sorry you couldn’t stick around to see it.’

Chaos was reigning in on the round table and Jamie stood watching, his eyes never leaving the old man in charge as he made his escape and Jamie slipped away following him.

‘Jamie!’

‘No Matt, stay back!’

‘Jamie!’ Matt screamed watching his brother disappear into the shadows. Megan and Ellen both holding onto him, struggling against his surprising amount of strength he suddenly had.

‘Matt, you’ve got to stay back. You can’t be seen.’

‘Jamie!’

‘He’ll be fine.’

‘Hey guys! A little help please.’

‘Come on Jo,’ Dom muttered rolling his eyes towards Matt, beginning to walk towards him when suddenly he noticed the empty space next to him. ‘Jo?’

‘Dom!’

He heard the scream. They all heard the ear piercing scream and everyone stopped, turning their heads towards Jo on the other side of the balcony being dragged away by two men, a gun stuck to her throat.

The three fighters started to move towards her when suddenly they realized they were surrounded unable to defend themselves.

‘Jo!’ Dom screamed after her, watching as she tried to kick herself free, hoping that she would be able to burn them but to no avail.

‘Nobody move.’

Dom, Ellen, Matt and Megan to turn to see six guns pointing at them.

‘No!’ A shout bellowed from Chris as he reached into his pocket and pulled out his tiny weapon, pressing the button, aiming it at the men. The web sprung out and looked as if it was going to engulf them but then it retracted upon itself and swallowed the hostages instead, piling them onto the floor.

‘Bollocks,’ Chris cursed under his breath and the officers looked at each other for a moment before bursting into laughter. Dom moved his eyes back towards where Jo was but nothing was there.

‘Drop your weapons. You’ve lost.’

Helen, Jill and Stef dropped their weapons, the officers immediately seizing them, careful not to press any buttons. Their shoulders slumped all thinking exactly the same thing.

How the hell do they get out of this one?

The men were now looking smug, now handcuffing the girls that weren’t netted when suddenly one of the men fell unconscious to the floor, a large piece of concrete lying next to him. Everyone looked up to see a giant hole in the ceiling, light beaming through. Their heads turned again to land on the six men that guarded the netted five-some who now were lying unconscious on the floor too. A figure standing next to the pile, a cape flying around him, hand on his hips.

‘Don’t move,’ he bellowed to the net and red lasers sparked from his eyes and the net broke away from the trapped ones.

The officers down below all pointed their guns towards the dark figure now flying down to them, blowing them away like a strong wind. He landed with his hands on his hips, and the ladies all stared astounded, their mouths gaping open.

‘Who are you?’ Stef managing to speak. He lasered their handcuffs free of them.

‘I’m Brett, the Wolstenholme Warrior.’

‘Oh my,’ Jill muttered under her breath.
